Processing Time
Processing time is the amount of time it takes to process and package your order before it is shipped. Lilac Haven operates on a 3-5 business day processing time. You will receive an email with shipping confirmation and tracking once your order ships
Shipping Time
Orders are shipped after the 3-5 business day processing.
- Standard Shipping: Estimated Delivery 3-5 days after shipping.
- Shipping times are ESTIMATES ONLY; actual delivery time can be faster or may be delayed. Holidays, natural disasters, and other special circumstances can delay delivery. We are NOT responsible for shipping delays, and do not guarantee any specific delivery date.
Orders are shipped via USPS
Lilac Haven is not responsible for:
- US Postal Service Delays, UPS Delays, or FedEx Delays
- Lost, damaged, or marked delivered packages. Please contact the carrier support with these issues. Typically, the local post office has more information than we are able to retrieve from afar.
Tracking Information
Emailed to the email address provided at checkout.
Returned Packages
If a package is returned because the address provided to us was incorrect, we are not responsible for re-shipping costs. Buyer will be contacted via email. Re-shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer and needs to be re-paid before the package is shipped again.
